Glenview Finance

Glenview Finance provides lines of capital and purchases retail installment sales contracts from select independent auto dealers. Our business model enables our dealer partners to use their own DMS for origination and underwrites their customers. We handle the back end services to allow dealer partners to focus on making more sales. Glenview Auto Loan Fund LLC is our sub-prime division that focuses on purchasing loans from buy-here-pay-here independent dealers. Our top business challenges are operating within the sub-prime segment; late customer payments, deferrals, and repossessions.

Glenview Auto Loan Fund, LLC became a DDI Technology client in May of 2020, and we primarily use their ELT product. We have also started using DDI’s Total-Loss Payoff product as well. I can say that the technology is second to none. Everything that we can do in this particular system has allowed us to help our customers instead of the administrative function of our business. DDI’s services have been above and beyond what we did experience with other companies. We have never had unanswered questions, and typically the answer comes in minutes versus days with our previous ELT provider.

DDI as a whole has been a pleasure to work with. My primary contact at DDI is Chris, but I have dealt with their online assistance as well. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone so far. The entire group at DDI has been extremely helpful in making their web-based program work optimally for our business.
