We have been using DDI Technology Premier EVR for issuing temp tags to customers as well as tag and title processing. The F&I office finds it quick and easy to process the Temp Tags and calculate correct sales tax. As the Title Clerk, I find it very easy to process the tags and complete title work and make any corrections if necessary. DDI’s Premier EVR is quick, and more accurate than our previous system. But, the best part is the customer service.
The online live help is quick, and readily available and I am always able to get in touch with Nikki, who will get me to the right person to solve my problems (which are very few) if she can’t handle it herself.
