Premier eTitleLien™
is a software program that supports the exchange of vehicle electronic lien and title (ELT) information between a lienholder and a state titling agency.

Environmental Permitting and Licensing
DDI provides software and services that support environmental permitting systems for government agencies.

Disease Management Coordination Network (DMCN)
is a software product used for care coordination, care management and especially reduction of hospital readmission by Patient-Centered Medical Homes, Managed Care organizations, and other provider groups. For more information on how DMCN is being used to successfully coordinate the care of patients by primary care physicians, click on the following link: "Where are my patients? It is time to automate notification of hospital use to primary care practices." The paper, authored by DDI’s Chief Medical Officer, William P. Syndromic Surveillance
analyzes data from various sources and is used to detect outbreaks, such as bioterrorism events, seasonal flu, pandemic flu, bird flu, and food poisonings.

DDI manages the website and provides the tracking and analysis software for providers and patients associated with the Partners for Preterm Birth Prevention program.

Electronic Lien Notation
March 2011
With the latest release of Premier eTitleLien™, users can now electronically record liens. Ohio and Wisconsin support the electronic recording of liens without paper titles or paper application forms. This feature allows Premier eTitleLien™ users to take advantage of more cost saving electronic titling features. Titles electronically recorded will appear as ELTs in the system the day following the electronic notation.

ELT State Services

DDI is pleased to announce electronic lien services in California. We now offer ELT in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington.

Nebraska ELT
September 2010
Nebraska automobile dealers and financial institutions can now sign up for Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) services with Decision Dynamics, Inc. As of October 4, 2010, the NE DMV will no longer print paper titles with liens due to recent legislation directing the DMV to implement ELT. Lienholders need to enroll in the ELT program in order to receive electronic titles.

Title Services for all 50 States

DDI now offers title services that enable lenders to automate both paper and electronic titles through Premier eTitleLien™. This new service provides a range of services from paper title receipt, image, and storage to application processing. Lenders no longer need to wait for a state to provide ELT services to begin managing titles for the non-ELT states in Premier eTitleLien™.
