Nebraska ELT
July 2010
Nebraska automobile dealers and financial institutions can now sign up for Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) services with Decision Dynamics, Inc. As of January 1, 2011, the NE DMV will no longer print paper titles with liens due to recent legislation directing the DMV to implement ELT. Lienholders need to enroll in the ELT program in order to receive electronic titles.
Title Services for all 50 States

DDI now offers title services that enable lenders to automate both paper and electronic titles through Premier eTitleLien™. This new service provides a range of services from paper title receipt, image, and storage to application processing. Lenders no longer need to wait for a state to provide ELT services to begin managing titles for the non-ELT states in Premier eTitleLien™.
