Nebraska automobile dealers and financial institutions can now sign up for Electronic Lien and
Title (ELT) services with Decision Dynamics, Inc. As of January 1, 2011, the NE DMV will no longer
print paper titles with liens due to recent legislation directing the DMV to implement ELT.
Lienholders need to enroll in the ELT program in order to receive electronic titles.
Title Services for all 50 States

DDI now offers title services that enable lenders to automate both paper and electronic titles
through Premier eTitleLien™. This new service provides a range of services from paper title
receipt, image, and storage to application processing. Lenders no longer need to wait for a
state to provide ELT services to begin managing titles for the non-ELT states in Premier eTitleLien™.

SAS 70 Certification

DDI is pleased to announce that the SAS 70 Independent Service Auditors’ Report on Controls Placed
in Operation and Tests of Operating Effectiveness for Premier eTitleLien™ is now available. The
report details the policies, procedures, and internal controls in place at Decision Dynamics, Inc.
to ensure compliance with rigorous operation controls associated with the Sarbanes Oxley Act and the
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
SAS 70 Reports Provide Assurance

A SAS 70 report provides assurance to lenders that DDI has undergone a thorough evaluation of controls
in place to protect lien and title data against common threats including IT security breaches and
transaction processing errors.

the Disease Management Control Network (DMCN). GHS will be using DMCN for
patient navigation in a number of specialty programs.
